1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, generating prompts or otherwise using AI Music Prompt Studio (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
The Service turns a written idea into a structured music prompt — rhythm, style and production sections — for you to paste into an AI music generator of your choice. The Service does not create audio, does not host music and is not affiliated with any music generator.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your password confidential. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts that are used abusively, fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
4. Plans, credits and payment
Free plan features are offered at no cost and include a monthly credit allowance that may change over time. Paid plans (Pro, Ultra) are billed in advance for the period you choose at checkout — monthly or yearly — through our payment provider, Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel — by subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge the payment method on file for each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account page (Manage billing): you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your account then returns to Free. Upgrades take effect as soon as the payment is confirmed. Prices may change with prior notice — a new price applies from your next renewal. If a paid plan did not work for you, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.
4a. Credits
Each prompt generated through the Service costs 1 credit. Credits included with your plan renew at the start of each billing cycle and do not accumulate from one cycle to the next. Credits purchased separately (top-up credits) never expire and are consumed only after your plan credits are depleted. If a generation fails or returns fewer prompts than requested, you are only charged for the prompts actually generated. We may apply manual credit adjustments in cases of verified errors or abuse. Refunds for purchased credits follow the same 7-day policy described in section 4.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the ideas you write and of the prompts you generate. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content so the Service can work — for example, to keep your saved prompts and history on your account.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break any law, to infringe third-party rights, to attempt to access other accounts, to overload or disrupt the infrastructure, or to resell the Service without written permission.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is”. We may add, change or remove features, and may interrupt the Service for maintenance. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
