1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, generating prompts or otherwise using AI Music Prompt Studio (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
The Service turns a written idea into a structured music prompt — rhythm, style and production sections — for you to paste into an AI music generator of your choice. The Service does not create audio, does not host music and is not affiliated with any music generator.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your password confidential. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts that are used abusively, fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
4. Plans and payment
Free plan features are offered at no cost. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Prices may change with prior notice.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the ideas you write and of the prompts you generate. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content so the Service can work — for example, to keep your saved prompts and history on your account.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break any law, to infringe third-party rights, to attempt to access other accounts, to overload or disrupt the infrastructure, or to resell the Service without written permission.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is”. We may add, change or remove features, and may interrupt the Service for maintenance. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
