1. Overview
This policy explains what personal data AI Music Prompt Studio collects, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights over it. It applies to the site and to the prompts you generate here.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email address and a hashed password (or the identifier returned by Google when you sign in with Google). Usage data: the ideas you type, the prompts generated, your saved prompts, favourites and history. Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, kept in server logs for security and abuse prevention.
3. Why we use it
To run your account and keep your library saved, to apply the daily limits of your plan, to answer support requests, to prevent abuse and fraud, and to improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. It is essential for the Service to work. Signing out, or clearing cookies in your browser, removes it.
5. Third-party services
Payments are processed by a payment provider, transactional emails are sent by an email provider, and sign-in with Google is handled by Google. Each of these providers processes only the data needed to deliver its part of the Service, under its own privacy policy.
6. Retention
Your account data and library are kept while your account exists. Deleting saved prompts or history removes them from your account. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then discarded.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account data from your account page, and you can ask us for a copy of the data linked to your account. Requests are answered within the period required by applicable law.
8. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, connections are encrypted in transit, and access to production data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
10. Changes and contact
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page on this site.
